  Village Children       They were lively, full of Spirit. Joyous mood was there only expression. They were seen always either in the field, garden or pond. Playing in the field or in trees, fishing, making a long trip on foot were their habitual works. The birds would sing for them, the trees would smile and put forth rich vegetables, fruits, flowers etc. The air would bring sweet smell and pleasant sensations, natural cycles were unchanged. The rain used to come frequently to touch them. All these were because there were happy children in the villages.     The rural scenery could not be imagined without the happy children. The earth seemed to be a happy place. Suddenly the children were missing. They could not be seen in the fields, gardens or ponds, even the fields, gardens or ponds were missing. Confusion engulfed the thinkers - were happy children missing as there was no pond, garden or field, or were the ponds, gardens, fields missing as there...

  Development Yes, I feel it  I am not now  what I used to be! I have got confidence,  A new personality,  It has taken long time,  Has not come abruptly! I am on the way now  That I cherished and searched,  But did not find,  So what! I went on searching  Never stopped! Read books,  Tried many means  But not found, felt depressed.  Optimism kept me alive  "Today is worse  Tomorrow will be better".  All these words  Helped my efforts!  And now I have the feeling  That I am a different man.   शरीर   स्वुस्थ शरीर, तेज दिमाग  साथ-साथ सीने में आग, कामयाब होनेके लिए ए काफी है,  मेहनत जोड़दो  तुम कामयाब जरूर बनोगे। शरीरको लोहा बनालो  कोईभी तुम्हें तोड़ ना सके,  धीरज से काम करो  और किताब पढ़ो,  दिमाग हो जाएगा तेजधार  फिर मुसीबत जितनाभी आए  तुम होजाओगे पार।  शरीर और दिमागतो है  गोला बारूद जैसा,  जो कामयाबीके युद्ध में जरूर चाहिए,  कामयाब बननेके लिए  मेहनत करना जरूरी है! इसके आगे शरीर और दिमाग  दोनों ही कम परजाएगा, पर जिसके पास ए तीनों ही है  उसे कोई ताकत रोक नहीं पाएगा। पड़िए अगला कविता (हासिल) पड़िए पिछला कविता (जीवन)

  অলসতা   কাটে সময়, দিন চলে যাই  শুধুই বসে বসে,  অলসতায় ডুবে গেলে  এগোনো হবে না আর জীবনে! কাজের উদ্যম ছাড়া  আসেনা বিলাসিতা, অলসতা পেয়ে বসলে  কাজ না করায় - হয় বিলাসিতা! সময়ের সাথে অলসতার  কিরকম এক মিত্রতা,  সময় যেন থেমে যায়  যেখানে থাকে অলসতা!   সময়ের অভাব ব্যস্ত জীবনে  অলসতায় সময় অনেক মেলে, তাতে কিন্তু লাভ হয় না  কারণ, সময়ের সদ্ব্যবহার হয় না!   অতীত ঘেঁটে দেখো  ভুরি ভুরি উদাহরণ পাবে,  অলসতায় যারা থেকেছে ডুবে  একদিন তারা অবশ্যই পস্তেছে!   তাই সময় থাকতেই শিক্ষা নাও  অলসতাকে দূরে সরাও,  দেখবে উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ ধীরে ধীরে  চলে আসবে তোমার নাগালে! পড়ুন পরবর্তী কবিতা (আর না) পড়ুন পূর্ববর্তী কবিতা (বৃষ্টি)

  आगे बढ़ाना है तो चुप रहना शिखो  जीना है तो सहन करना शिखो, आगे बढ़ाना है तो चुप रहना शिखो  जीना है तो सहन करना शिखो, जिंदगी उसे ही बादशाह बनाता है  जो खुद को पहले उसके काबिल बनता है। पढ़िए अगला शायरी  पड़िए पिछला शायरी 

  Natural Justice    "What will you do then?", said Jami, the MLA. Jamil was an MLA from Nastopur Legislative Constituency. He made his constituency a westland with his crooked politics. He represented the Sympathy Party. The ethics of this party was opposite to its name. Nastopur actually had different name, Sabujganj, but it was well known as Nastopur after 1 year of Jamin's election.     Jamil was continuously winning from that constituency after his first election. No other candidate dare to stand against him. Hooliganism was his sole power. The lives of the common and responsible people became too pathetic for him. Though they did not like him, yet none spoke against him for his hooligans,like Bappa Munshi, Dipu Mishra, Akbar Ali, Ansarul, Jabbar etc. They controlled the whole constituency, even the police were helpless before them.    In spite of all those, the cycle of time worked in silence. Jamil forgot that his power came from the people...

  Law and Me Taking the step, I stopped.  Becoming fearless, I feared.  No, it is not cowardice,  It is my obedience! I am a teacher,  I nurture the future.  I have to set example for them  So that they may achieve great fame. If I want the future responsible,  I have to become one.  If I want them law-abiding,   I have to become one.  If I want them to be honest,  I have to become one!  How can I want anything  If I do not sacrifice for that thing! So, this is my sacrifice.  Though the law is not progressive, It is a hindrance to progress,  But I have to obey it for them  So that our nation may achieve great fame!   जीवन   अब मुझे बौद्ध धर्म का  महत्व समझ आया, जिसे में पहले ऐसे ही ठुकराया। जीवन है अनंत कष्ट भोग  कोई यहां खुश नहीं है  मगर हर कोई खुश रहने के लिए काम करते हैं। किसीको यह चाहिए  तो किसीको वह, किसीको मकान बनाना है  तो किसीको जमीन खरीदना है।  हर किसीको कुछ ना कुछ चाहिए  जितना भी अमीर क्यों ना हो  कोई जीवन में खुश नहीं है। खुश रहनेका मार्ग बौद्ध धर्म में  अच्छेसे बताया गया है,  जो पढ़ा लिखा किया है  वह सब यह जानता हैं। पर कोई उसमें चलना नहीं चाहता  खुश होना चाहता है  पर जीवन ज्यादा प्यारा,  इसलिए कोई यहां कुछ नहीं होता। पड़िए अगला कविता (शरीर) पड़िए पिछला कविता (वदलो)

  বৃষ্টি   উফ: গরম, প্রচন্ড গরম  আর সহ্য হচ্ছে না,  বৃষ্টির দেখা নেই, তাপমাত্রা চরম! কেউ আর স্বস্তি পাচ্ছেনা  আর কতদিন চলবে এভাবে,  কেউ জানেনা, বৃষ্টি হবে কবে?  কখন আসবে সেই আরামের সময়?  সকলেই চেয়ে আছে,  কখন বৃষ্টি হয়! পাপ বেড়েছে, অনেকেই বলছে  সমাজ ধ্বংসের দিকে এগিয়েছে,  গাছের পর‌ গাছ হারিয়ে গেছে  লোকসংখ্যার চাপ বেড়েছে,  বৃষ্টি না হওয়ার কারণ অনেক লোক মুখে, কারণ প্রত্যেকেই আজ অসহায়  এই প্রচন্ড গরমের কাছে!   বিনা কারণে তো কিছু হয়না!  আবহাওয়ার উষ্ণতা বেড়েছে,  সমাজ কি তার দায় নেবে না!  নির্বিচারে বৃক্ষ ছেদন, জল অপচয়  গ্রিনহাউস গ্যাস নির্গমন,  জলাভূমি ভরাট - কে করেছে?  প্রত্যেক ক্রিয়ার সমান ও বিপরীত ফল হয়  এটি ভুলে গেলে কিভাবে চলবে!   এখনো সময় আছে  সংশোধন করো,  নইলে আরো খারাপ দিন আসবে  তখন কষ্টের মাত্রা আরো বাড়বে,  তাই বৃষ্টির জন্য অপেক্ষা নয়  বৃষ্টি হওয়ার পথ শুগম করো,  এভাবেই আসবে সুন্দর আবহাওয়া  সার্থক হবে তোমার জীবশ্রেষ্...

  Youth Lost     "What happened to the young generation?", exclaimed Sisir. Sisir was a retired school teacher. He served in a town school for 22 years. After retirement he settled in his village Udhampur. Sisir had two daughters and a son. All of them were married and lived in the town. Only Sisir and his wife Sangita lived in the village house. They were enjoying enjoying their village life a lot.   Mrs. Sangita loved to talk to the village women. After kitchen when she would find time, she would go to a neighbour's house to have a conversation. Sisir's joy was boundless. From morning till night his only work was to approach his friends and chat. Mihir, Shyamal,Lakhim, Toton, Nepal, Titu etc. - the name-list was too long.   Endurance   Don't panic, it is just a pain  Without it, life will be vain.  Though the great happiness you can have  If it comes without any pain  You can't feel it then,  As you have got it without pain. So, if you suffer now  Don't panic, it is the fee  That one have to pay  So it is with you!   Remember, happiness may come free  But it don't brings that peace  If it comes without any price,  So, pay the price to be happy! See you farmer after the harvest  How happy he is!  Then ask him of his pain  From sowing to harvest!  See a mother after delivery  How happy she is!  Then ask her of her pain  From pregnancy starting to delivery!  You will find the price  They paid to be happy,  So, don't fear the pain  Think of the future happiness.   সকালের বাতাস  প্রাণ জুড়ানো ছোঁয়া, আনন্দের স্পর্শ  নিয়ে তুমি আসো  তাদের জন্য,  যাদের নেয় কোন অলসতা  এগিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য! দিয়ে যাও অফুরন্ত মনোবল  তারা হয়ে ওঠে শক্ত-সবল এগিয়ে যায় তারা সামনের দিকে  তোমার জয়গান, আজ তাই দিকে দিকে!   আসো তুমি কোথা থেকে, না জানি  তবু তোমার স্পর্শের জন্য, অপেক্ষায় থাকি  তোমার পরশের মেল, মেলা ভার  তুমি আসো, কাটলে আঁধার! গেয়ে যাও তুমি, নতুন সকালের গান  জুড়িয়ে যায় তাতে, সকলের মনোপ্রাণ!  বলে যাও তুমি, হয়েছে সময়  ওঠো, জাগো, আর থাকে না বিছানায়! সময়ই পাল্টেছে বদলেছে সবকিছু  পরিণত হয়েছে, আগে যারা ছিল শিশু,  যা ছিল আগে খাঁটি, হয়েছে বিষাক্ত  সকলেই আজ বদ অভ্যাসে আসক্ত,  কিন্তু তুমি যেমন ছিলে তেমনি আছো, বদলাওনি সময়ের ছোঁয়ায়,  সকলে আজও মুগ্ধ হয় তোমার হৃদয় স্পর্শী হাওয়ায়!   তুমি দেখিয়ে দিয়েছো  মিথ্যা করেছো প্রমাণ,  যারা সব সময় বলতো  "সময়" সর্বশক্তিমান!  তোমার সুবাস, প্রাণ জুড়ানো পরশ  ছিল, আছে, থাকবে;  কালের ছা...
