Wings - A Poem
Wings
I want to fly
To the deep deep sky
Where no pain dwells,
Only happiness prevails.
Pain, suffering and torture
Have no place there,
Life will be full of blessings
Oh God! please give me wings.
The early life is a burden
Here and there evils are hidden,
Always ready to devour
Too torturous is human behaviour!
It sucks my energy, inflicts pain
I am broken, life seens in vain.
To the deep deep sky
Where no pain dwells,
Only happiness prevails.
Pain, suffering and torture
Have no place there,
Life will be full of blessings
Oh God! please give me wings.
The early life is a burden
Here and there evils are hidden,
Always ready to devour
Too torturous is human behaviour!
It sucks my energy, inflicts pain
I am broken, life seens in vain.
Help me to escape
This world of human-being,
I do not want your protection
Just give me two wings.
The more I know
I despise the more,
Most human-beings now seem to me
Only the children of danger.
They are plundering the earth
As much as they can,
It seems to be hearth
No place for a gentleman!
It is my desire
To search for pleasure
Into the depth of the sky,
So I want to fly
To see where real please dwells
Oh God! please give me wings.
